Arts Connect

GRIN designed and built a fresh and reinvigorated Arts Connect website aiming to bring to life the friendly and approachable Arts Connect brand, an initiative that works to bridge the gap between young people and the arts.

Project Information

Arts Connect aim is to ensure all children and young people in the region can access and enjoy a rich and meaningful arts and cultural life.

The team came to GRIN in need of a brand refresh as they didn’t feel it was articulating the mission and vision in the best way visually. We began the process by leading a brand workshop with Arts Connect to determine how they felt the brand needed to develop, discussed what the organisation meant to them, and their thoughts on how they imagined the new identity to look. This helped to define a set of core brand values and equipped us with the right knowledge and fundamentals to start the development process.

A fresh brand look and feel was then created which was purposeful and contemporary, set with a friendly and approachable tone. A photoshoot was commissioned to capture compelling photography which gave an insight into the varied projects the organisation is involved with.

The engaging, dynamic website we developed showcases key case studies and signposts a varied range of stakeholders to the relevant information they require, from funding opportunities to events and news from the region. It was important that the site appealed to multiple audiences, that captures both children and the organisers with a major focus on inclusivity and accessibility. As always, the user is in the forefront of our designs and we have created an efficient and well organised site that promotes ease of use as well and looking stunning in the reinvigorated brand.
