Developed from the need to reduce pressure on A&E services at three Birmingham NHS hospitals, Ask A&E is a visionary answer to aid those who might not need to attend the A&E departments. The app was developed between NHS University Hospitals Birmingham and Babylon Health.
GRIN devised the name and designed a complete brand identity and accompanying slogan for the new online symptom checker.
Designed to raise awareness and encourage uptake of the recently created service, GRIN worked rapidly to meet the target date in unison with their supporting partner, to ensure a smooth roll out of all aspects. Collaboration was key on this project combining multiple agencies and stakeholders involved in the final output of the app and collateral.
