This distinctive editorial piece provided its range of global stakeholders insight into the Birmingham property market.
In order to provide Knight Frank’s global stakeholders with an insight into the Birmingham property market, we were tasked with creating The Birmingham Report – an editorial piece covering all the latest commercial and residential trends happening locally, including topical events such as Brexit.
The report was split into two parts and were treated individually, separated by their own muted colour scheme in order to differentiate between the two areas. The finished article was perfect bound, back to back, encouraging the reader to flip the report over depending on which area appeals to them.
Influenced by stylish magazine layouts, we combined bold typography, negative space and clean infographics to create a beautifully structured piece of literature that’s informative, engaging and looks pretty impressive on any coffee table.
